FREE CHORD PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
The following terms and conditions will, apply to this prize draw entitled “Win a pair of Chord Signature Interconnects” and dated 17th April 2008.
1. Participants are invited to complete the entrance form with their details for the prize draw and give it to a member of Martin Kleiser’s staff when they are in attendance at the Chord Open day at Martin Kleiser in Beaconsfield on the 14th May 2008. No purchase of goods or services or other payment is necessary for entry into this prize draw.
2. Participants must provide all information requested by Martin Kleiser. Valid entries received by midnight (GMT) 14th May 2008 will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Martin Kleiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete or fraudulent entries and does not accept any liability or responsibility for any failure in relation to the relevant computer hardware or software which results in any restriction or delay in the registration, sending or receipt of an entry.
3. The opening date for the prize draw is 12 midday (GMT) 14th May 2008 and the closing date for receipt of entries is midnight (GMT) 14th May 2008.
4. The Prize: There is one prize to be won:
- One first prize of 1 x Pair of Chord Signature Interconnects.
There is no cash alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable.
Delivery of prizes may take approximately four weeks depending on product availability.
5. The draw will be made on 15th May 2008.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date and will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
7. Notification of winning: the winners will be sent an e-mail providing further information about their prize and how to claim it. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to the e-mail within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification the winner will automatically forego their rights to their prize and a new winner will be chosen.
8. The winners may be asked (but will not be obliged) to participate in unpaid publicity resulting from this draw.
9. This free prize draw is open to persons aged except for employees of Martin Kleiser, Chord, their agents or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion or their respective families.
10. Only one entry is allowed per household.
11. Martin Kleiser will not pass Participants’ personal information to any third parties.
12. By entering this prize draw Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The name of the winner can be obtained by sending an email marked “prize draw winner” to ken@martin-kleiser.com within 21 days of the draw date.
