The client is passionate about music and wanted high-performance audio throughout the property. This project was a finalist at the CEDIA Awards 2008 for Best Integrated Home over £250,000.

The client required that the latest technologies were installed in order to both augment the final selling price and offer the eventual home-owner flexibility and ease-of-use. The client places particular emphasis on the lighting design and control in their properties and is a dedicated Lutron customer.
